Flower Condition Disclaimer
Flowers are natural and delicate, and their final preserved appearance will depend on the condition in which they arrive. While every effort is made to preserve your bouquet as beautifully as possible, some color changes, imperfections, or natural aging may occur during the preservation process.
Every bouquet holds a story. My goal is to preserve those memories so they can be cherished for years to come.
Proper packaging helps your bouquet arrive safely and in the best condition for preservation.
Before Packing
• Keep your bouquet in fresh water until you’re ready to ship.
• Store flowers in a cool location away from heat or direct sunlight.
Preparing Your Bouquet
1. Wrap the stems in a damp paper towel.
2. Cover the towel with plastic wrap or foil to keep moisture in.
3. Gently wrap the bouquet in tissue paper or packing paper to protect the blooms.
Packing Your Box
• Use a sturdy box with space around the bouquet.
• Add packing paper or bubble wrap to prevent movement during shipping.
Shipping Tips
Flowers should be shipped using Priority or Overnight service whenever possible.
To avoid delays, please ship early in the week (Monday–Wednesday) so your bouquet does not sit in a shipping facility over the weekend.
